PARTICIPANT CENTER

Q: If I participated in Ski-A-Thon in 2020 and previously uploaded my contacts will they be available to me this year?

Yes, as long as you log in using your 2020 log in info during registration.

Q: How do I use the Participant Center?

You can use your participant center to personalize your fundraising page (if you are part of a team, only the team captain can make those changes), access your email center and send emails to friends and family, and track your progress.

Q: How do I edit my personal fundraising page?

You can edit your page in your participant center by clicking on the Personal Page tab at the top of the page. This will take you to a text editor where you can update the text on your page. The Photos/Video tab on the right hand side of this page will allow you to change the picture on your personal page. Feel free to upload any ski or snowboard photo you would like! Pictures must be under 4,000 kb in size.

Q: How do I send emails from my personal fundraising page?

In order to unlock the email function, make a $5 donation on your account. You will then have access to upload your contacts, email templates, thank you emails, and more.

You can access your email center from your personal fundraising page main landing page. Click on the Email tab at the top of the page. From there you will be able to choose what kind of email you would like to draft. The first two options are templates we have provided for a Thank You email and a Solicitation email. You can pick either of these and further edit them as you would like or send as is. You also have the option of choosing a blank template and creating your own message from scratch. Once you have drafted your email you simply have to click "next" to decide how you would like to add your recipients to the email. You can either add the recipients one at a time by clicking "Add Contact" or you can import a large group of contacts from your Gmail or Yahoo account by clicking "Import Contacts". You can also click "Import Contacts" and import your contacts as a .cvs file that has been saved to your desktop.
