I used to hate winter but at least some of the time I look forward to it because of skiing with Courge Kenny Ski & Snowboard.

Because of adaptive equipment called a Sno’Kart, I’m able to ski in a way that works for me. The Sno’Kart gives me freedom on the slopes—the feeling of moving fast, carving through the snow, and being fully present in the moment. Out there, I’m not focused on my disability. I’m focused on the joy of skiing.

Programs like Courage Kenny Ski and Snowboard make experiences like this possible for people like me across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. They create a space where everyone is welcome and supported, no matter their ability.

When you donate, you’re helping provide adaptive equipment like my Sno’Kart, specialized training for volunteer instructors, scholarships for lessons, lift tickets, and more. You’re helping ensure that people who might not otherwise have access to winter sports get the chance to feel the same confidence, independence, and excitement that I do.

Your support helps keep the slopes accessible and inclusive—and it gives athletes like me the opportunity to experience freedom in ways we never thought possible. Thank you for supporting Courage Kenny Ski and Snowboard and for helping make moments like mine happen.
